We want every Studio Ruzna artwork to arrive safely and for you to feel confident when choosing an original piece for your space.

Collection

Collection may be available by prior arrangement in Sydney.

Collection details will be provided privately once arrangements have been confirmed.

Local Delivery

Local delivery within selected areas of Sydney may be available depending on the size of the artwork and destination.

Please contact Studio Ruzna if you would like to discuss local delivery before purchasing.

Australia-Wide Delivery

Delivery is available across Australia for eligible artworks.

Delivery costs may vary according to the dimensions, weight, packaging requirements and destination of the artwork.

Larger artworks and multi-panel works may require specialised delivery arrangements.

Where delivery is not included in the displayed purchase price, the applicable delivery cost will be confirmed before the order is finalised.

International Delivery

International delivery may be available by arrangement.

Please contact Studio Ruzna before purchasing to discuss the artwork, destination, delivery options and associated costs.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

Packaging

Original artworks are carefully packaged to help protect them during transport.

Packaging requirements vary depending on the size, materials, framing and surface characteristics of each artwork.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes may be provided when your order is confirmed.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the destination, artwork size and delivery provider.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your artwork as soon as practical after delivery.

If an artwork appears to have been damaged during transit, contact Studio Ruzna as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so we can assess what has occurred and assist with the next steps.

Please retain the original packaging while the matter is being reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that choosing original artwork online is personal.

For eligible ready-made original artworks purchased directly from Studio Ruzna, we offer a 7-day voluntary change-of-mind return period, beginning from the date the artwork is delivered.

To request a change-of-mind return, please contact Studio Ruzna within this period before returning the artwork.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the artwork to Studio Ruzna, including appropriate tracked and insured delivery where reasonably necessary.

The original delivery charge, where applicable, is not refundable for a voluntary change-of-mind return.

Once the returned artwork has been received and its condition confirmed, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.

Commissioned Artworks

Because commissioned artworks are created specifically for an individual collector according to an agreed size, palette and artistic direction, commissioned artworks are not eligible for Studio Ruzna's voluntary change-of-mind return policy.

This does not exclude or limit rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantees

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy is separate from your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where an artwork or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
